RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
The unitholders of Calulo are advised of the appointment of a new company
secretary in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of The Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited.
Mr. J J Groenewald (Jacobus, Johannes) has resigned as company secretary with
effect from the 15 March 2007.
Ms A Booyse (Avon) has been appointed as company secretary of Calulo with
immediate effect. This appointment is in accordance with the Memorandum and
Articles of Association of the company.
