The Competition Tribunal has today, 15 March 2007 unconditionally approved  
    the Merger beween Newshelf 908, currently owned by Brait RSA Fund and       
    Consol. Newshelf, intends to acquire the entire issued share capital of     
    Consol. The Commission tends to acquire the entire issued share capital of
