SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW
SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD LTD
and that as a result of the special dividend declaration relating to BARLOWORLD
LTD (BAW) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a special
dividend amount of 500 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 2
April 2007.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 23 March 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 26 March 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 30 March 2007.
