UNCONDITIONAL APPROVAL BY THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF THE ACQUISITION BY
ASTRAPAK OF THE ULTRAPAK DIVISION ("ULTRAPAK") OF DURBAN BAG (PTY) LIMITED
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 19 October 2006, linked
unitholders are advised that the Competition Commission has unconditionally
approved the acquisition of Ultrapak by Astrapak.
As all conditions precedent has now been fulfilled, the transaction will be
implemented with an effective date of 1 April 2007.
