AWARD OF TENDERS
We refer to the commentary in our Group Interim results, released on 27 February
2007, in which we stated:
"We are currently awaiting decisions on several major tenders, locally and
internationally, the award of any one of these will result in an extremely busy
and potentially profitable 12 months going forward."
DigiCore shareholders are advised that the company has now been awarded four
major tenders to supply fleet management equipment and related software and
services, subject to signing of final contracts.
The tenders are with organisations in South Africa as well as overseas
countries. The total value of these contracts is estimated to be around R300
million over a period of three years.
