CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of EOH hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr John King has resigned as director of the company with effect from
31 March 2007.
The board of directors would like to thank John for his significant
contribution to the company over the past three and a half years and wishes
him success in the future.
