REVISED SALIENT DATES RELATING TO THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN NRB
RISK SOLUTIONS LIMITED AND THE COMPANY.
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 23 January 2007 in which
details of the settlement agreement reached between NRB Risk Solutions Limited
and the company were advised, together with the proposed date of general meeting
of shareholders in order to approve the settlement agreement, and the subsequent
announcement dated 26 February 2007 postponing such meeting, and are advised
that due to a further delay in the finalisation of certain information to be
contained in the circular, together with the non-availability of two directors
for the next month due to offshore commitments, the date of the general meeting
of shareholders, which was to have been 26 March 2007, has been changed to 8 May
2007.
