In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company was informed on 19
March 2007 by Mackenzie Cundill Investment Management Ltd on behalf of itself
and Mackenzie Financial Corporation that they are interested in 21,050,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") representing 9.38 per cent.
of the Company`s issued share capital.
Mackenzie Cundill Investment Management Ltd., in its capacity as investment
manager, now holds on behalf of its clients 6.93 per cent. of the Company`s
issued share capital. Mackenzie Cundill Investment Management (Bermuda) Ltd., in
its capacity as investment manager, currently holds on behalf of its clients
2.45 per cent. of the Company`s issued share capital.
Mackenzie (Rockies) Corp is a 100 per cent. shareholder of Mackenzie Cundill
Investment Management (Bermuda) Ltd. Mackenzie Financial Corporation is a 100
per cent. shareholder of Mackenzie Cundill Investment Management Ltd and
Mackenzie (Rockies) Corp.
