Changes in directorate and composition of the Audit Committee
In accordance with paragraphs 3.59 (b) and (c) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, Dorbyl advises that:
- Mr W E Buhrmann has tendered his resignation as non-executive director
of Dorbyl with effect from 23 March 2007;
- Mr P E Bester, non-executive director of Dorbyl, has been appointed
Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 23 March 2007;
- Mr J E Newbury, non-executive Chairman of Dorbyl, has been appointed
as member of the Audit Committee with effect from 23 March 2007;
- Mr T van Wyk, non-executive director of Dorbyl, has resigned as member
of the Audit Committee with effect from 23 March 2007.
