Further to the publication on 19 February 2007 of Tongaat-Hulett`s audited
results for the year ended 31 December 2006, shareholders are advised that its
2006 annual report, which incorporates the audited annual financial statements
for that period, has been dispatched. Tongaat-Hulett is not required to publish
an abridged report at this date as the audited results that were published on 19
February 2007 are unchanged. The annual report is available on the Tongaat-
Hulett website www.tongaat.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at the Corporate Office, Amanzimnyama Hill, Tongaat on Wednesday, 25 April
2007 at 09h00 as set out in the annual general meeting notice. The notice
accompanies Tongaat-Hulett`s 2006 annual report and is available on the website
www.tongaat.co.za.
