Ascendis - distribution of AGM notice
The Company's notice of annual general meeting ("Notice of AGM"), incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("Annual Financial Statements"), was distributed to Shareholders today, 29 October 2025 and is available on the Company's website at ascendishealth.com/investor- relations/.
Shareholders are also referred to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 24 October 2025, whereby Shareholders were advised that the Company's integrated annual report ("IAR") was made available on the Company's website at ascendishealth.com/investor-relations/.
The annual general meeting ("AGM") will be conducted entirely through electronic participation at 10:00 on Friday, 21 November 2025, to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM.
