    MultiChoice - update on interim results
    Following CANAL+'s compulsory acquisition of the Remaining MultiChoice Shares with effect from Friday, 5 December 2025, the ordinary shares of MultiChoice will be delisted from the JSE and the A2X with effect from Wednesday, 10 December 2025, subject to certain approvals being obtained.

    Shareholders were advised that MultiChoice will not publish its interim results for the 6- month period ended 30 September 2025 on 12 November 2025, as reflected in the investor calendar.
