 Debenture Int:   Debenture interestInterest payable on debentures – above the tax line. Separate from interest payable on bank borrowings and other loans.
  Balance Sheet ItemsPreference SH Int:  Preference shareholders’ interestOne of the typical primary funding sources of this sort of company.
 Debentures:  Another of the typical primary funding sources of this sort of company. Bonds:  A third type of typical primary funding sources of this sort of company. Fixed assets:  This includes buildings for property companies. Investments:  This reflects the investment in property owning companies.  Property and Investment Model RatiosRet on Tot Ass:  Return on Total Assets.
