Quantum - update regarding interest in securities
Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") were referred to the announcements published by the Company on SENS on 6 September 2024 and 10 March 2025 ("Announcements").
In terms of the Announcements, Shareholders were informed that Capitalworks Private Equity SP GP II Proprietary Limited in its capacity as General Partner of Special Purpose Acquisition Partnership IV, together with a related person, Crown Chickens Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sovereign Food Investments Proprietary Limited, had acquired beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares

Quantum - further trading statement
Shareholders were advised that a reasonable degree of certainty now exists that for the Current Reporting Period, HEPS will be between 72.6 cents and 77.0 cents and EPS will be between 72.3 cents and 76.7 cents, compared to the Previous Reporting Period HEPS and EPS.
