    Merafe - changes to the SET committee
    Merafe informed shareholders of changes to the company's Social, Ethics and Transformation (SET) Committee. Following the resignation of David McGluwa as a non-executive director and SET Committee member, Ms Zanele Matlala has stepped down from the committee effective 23 March 2026. The current SET Committee members are Nonhlanhla Mabusela-Aikhuere (chairperson), Steve Phiri, and Ditabe Chocho. These changes ensure the committee's composition aligns with the King Code on Corporate Governance for South Africa.
