Omnia - trading statement Omnia is in the process of finalising its financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026. A review by Omnia's board of the Group's financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026 has indicated that: - total earnings per share is expected to increase by between 21% and 27% from earnings per share of 692 cents for the year ended 31 March 2025, to earnings per share of between 837 cents and 879 cents for the year ended 31 March 2026; and - total headline earnings per share is expected to increase by between 17% and 23%, from headline earnings per share of 704 cents for the year ended 31 March 2025, to headline earnings per share of between 824 cents and 866 cents for the year ended 31 March 2026. Omnia expects to release its results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on or about Monday, 8 June 2026.
