    Raubex - change of auditor
    Shareholders were advised that following the conclusion of a tender process, and upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company appoints Ernst & Young Inc. ("EY") as the Independent Registered External Auditor of Raubex and its subsidiaries ("the Group") for the year ending 28 February 2027, to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") who is still the current appointed External Auditor for the current year ending 28 February 2026.
