    Raubex - cautionary announcement
    The Company hereby notified shareholders that Raubex is assessing the possible disposal of all, or a portion of, its shareholding in Bauba (the "Potential Transaction"). To support this process, a transaction advisor has been appointed to assist with the evaluation of all available strategic options in respect of the Potential Transaction.

    Shareholders were advised that, should the Potential Transaction proceed, it may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
