    Hulamin - changes to the board & board committees
    The Board of the company has decided that Paul Baloyi will step down as Chairperson of the Board effective 6 July 2026, but will remain an independent non-executive director. Linda Yanta has been appointed as interim Chairperson. Consequently, Board committees have been restructured: Vusi Khumalo is interim Chair of the Audit Committee, Linda Yanta is interim Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee, and Zanele Monnakgotla is interim Chair of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee. The company will begin recruiting to fill Board and committee vacancies and to appoint a permanent Chairperson.
