    PBT Group - general repurchase of shares
    The company repurchased 3 413 934 shares during September 2025 to March 2026, representing 3.24% of shares in issue as at 1 April 2025, at a total cost of R22 930 106. The shares were bought on the open market at an average price of R6.69 per share, with the highest and lowest prices being R6.80 and R6.10 respectively. The repurchases, made in accordance with the company's MOI and JSE listing requirements, will result in the cancellation and delisting of these shares, reducing the total shares in issue. The company may repurchase a further 7 133 820 shares (6.76%) under current authority.
