    PBT Group - name change finalisation
    PBT Group shareholders were referred to the results of general meeting announcement released on SENS on 14 October 2025 wherein they were advised that the change of name of PBT Group to PBT Holdings Ltd. was approved by the requisite number of shareholders.

    PBT Group shareholders are now advised that the Company has received confirmation from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) that the special resolutions for the Change of Name and consequential amendment of the Company's Memorandum of Incorporation has been registered.
