    Visual - quarterly suspension update
    Visual’s Ltd. shares remain suspended on the JSE since 22 July 2026, pending the issuance of its 2026 Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report. The delay is due to the company’s auditors requiring full payment of at least R1 million before commencing the audit, which is currently being raised through engagement with interested parties. Once the 2026 Annual Report is published and the results for the year ended 28 February 2026 are released, the company will seek to lift the suspension and regain compliance with JSE Listings Requirements. The company’s board will keep shareholders informed on audit progress and the expected suspension lift date.
