    4Sight - update on acquisition of X4 Group
    Shareholders were referred to the Company's acquisition of X4 Solutions (Pty) Ltd. and XFour Technology (Pty) Ltd. (together, the X4 Group).

    4Sight reported that the financial performance of the X4 Group has exceeded expectations for the financial year ended 28 February 2026 and the X4 Group has exceeded 110% of the agreed NPAT Target of R6 059 000 for FY2026, which directly results in increased earnings for the 4Sight Group as a whole.
