Prosus - sale of residual stake in Delivery Hero
Prosus N.V. provided an irrevocable undertaking to Uber Technologies, Inc. to sell its remaining 16.8% stake in Delivery Hero SE at the offer price of EUR41.50 per share, following Uber's recent acquisition proposal. This sale aligns with Prosus' commitment to reduce its 26.5% stake in Delivery Hero, with previous disposals of approximately 4.5% to Uber and 5% to Aspex Management. Uber currently holds a 24.99% stake, with an additional 11.8% via instruments. The offer, which represents a 151% premium to Delivery Hero’s one-month VWAP, is subject to regulatory and other conditions and may not proceed. Proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.
