    Prosus - changes to the audit and risk committees
    Prosus has announced changes to its audit and risk committees, effective from 14 September 2026, following recommendations from the nominations committee. Arnold Goldberg has been appointed to the risk committee, while Pedro Arnt joins the audit committee. Shar Dubey and Angelien Kemna will continue as interim chairs of the audit and risk committees, respectively, for the current financial year (FY27).
