Prosus - sale of 4.5% stake in Delivery Hero Prosus announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 13,582,342 ordinary shares ("shares") in Delivery Hero SE ("Delivery Hero") to Uber Technologies, Inc., representing approximately 4.5% of Delivery Hero's total issued share capital. The shares are being sold at a price of EUR20.00 per share, representing a premium of approximately 22% to the 1-month VWAP of Delivery Hero shares as of 16 April 2026. This transaction will result in total gross proceeds to Prosus of approximately EUR270m. Upon completion of the transaction, Prosus's interest in Delivery Hero will decrease from 26.3% to 21.8% of the issued share capital.
