Putprop - Dobsonville lease renewal addendum
Putprop has entered into a Lease Renewal Addendum with Larimar Properties (Pty) Ltd., a related party holding 66.36% of Putprop, to continue leasing the Dobsonville Property on a month-to-month basis from 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2027 at R314 608 per month excluding VAT. This arrangement follows the expiry of the previous lease and is aligned with the pending transfer of the property to Exemplar REITail Ltd., as part of the disposals announced in May 2026. The Dobsonville Property, valued at R16 million by an independent valuer, is an industrial site of approximately 5.0064 hectares. The arrangement was approved by independent directors, who confirmed it is fair, reasonable, and conducted at arm’s length, with rental terms above market value.
