Shareholders were advised that Bruce Hall Haikney has resigned as Company Secretary of Nu-World with effect from 30 April 2025.
The process of appointing a new Company Secretary will commence and shareholders will be advised once an appointment is made.

Nu-World - results of AGM
Shareholders were advised that at the annual general meeting held on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 ("AGM"), all resolutions as set out in the notice of AGM which was incorporated in the integrated annual report distributed to shareholders on 29 November 2024, were duly approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present (in person or represented by proxy) and voting.

Nu-World - AR, AGM and B-BBEE notice
Shareholders were advised that Nu-World's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2024, as contained in the 2024 Integrated Annual Report have been distributed to shareholders today, 29 November 2024.
Shareholders were further advised that a copy of the full annual report, together with the separate annual financial statements for Nu-World for the year ended 31 August 2024, is available for downloading on Nu-World's website at the following link: nuworld.co.za/financials/. Upon enquiry, a printed version may be requested from the Company Secretary at bhaikney@nuworld.co.za at no extra cost.
Notice of AGM
Notice was given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 682 Pretoria Main Road, Wynberg, Sandton on Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM, which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report.
The Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders of the company who were recorded as such in the company's securities register on Friday, 22 November 2024.
