Remgro interim results December 2025

Revenue for the period went up to R27.134 billion (2024: R26.395 billion) and trading profit increased to R2.049 billion (2024: R1.987 billion). Net profit for the period attributable to equity holders rose to R5.168 billion (2024: R3.658 billion). Furthermore, headline earnings per share grew to 931 cents per share (2024: 672 cents per share).

Declaration of cash dividend no.51
Notice is hereby given that an interim gross dividend of 173 cents (31 December 2024: 96 cents) per share has been declared out of income reserves in respect of both the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value, for the six months ended 31 December 2025.
