    Wesizwe - quarterly suspension update
    Wesizwe announced that it has embarked on a re-audit of the 2024 year-end financial statements in order to address the independent auditors' disclaimers and to facilitate the lifting of the suspension of trading in the Company's shares.

    The Company remains on track, in accordance with the original audit plan, to publish the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 by no later than 30 April 2026.

    The December 2025 audit process will be completed in accordance with these timelines, following which the Company will commence the necessary steps to lift the suspension of trading in the Company's shares.
