    Wesizwe - update on suspension of listing
    Shareholders were advised that the publication of the interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2025 ("Interim Results") has been deferred.

    The independent review of the Interim Results by the external auditors has commenced and the Company expects to release the Interim Results by no later than 31 January 2026.

    Trading in the Company's shares remains suspended. Wesizwe continues to engage actively with the JSE and remains committed to achieving full compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements to enable the lifting of the suspension.
