GTCSA - EGM draft resolution On 13 April 2026, the Company received from the shareholder – Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the "Shareholder"), a draft resolution regarding item 7 of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 14 April 2026 by current report No. 2/2026 dated 16 March 2026, i.e. a resolution regarding amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company and the adoption of a new consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Company. The draft resolution submitted by the Shareholder reiterates the majority of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company contained in the Management Board's draft and in the draft submitted by the shareholder – Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Zlota Jesien" on 19 March 2026.
