    GTCSA - changes in the management board
    On 15 October 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company accepted the resignation submitted by Jacek Baginski from the position of Member of the Management Board of the Company and Chief Financial Officer, effective as of that date, and adopted a resolution appointing for this position Oded Rahamim, with effect from 1st December 2026. Jacek will remain employed by the Company in advisory capacity until the end of the year to ensure a smooth handover of duties.
