RH Bophelo - AR and AGM notice
Distribution of integrated annual report
Further to the full audited Annual Financial Statements on 30 May 2025, the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") were hereby advised that RH Bophelo's Integrated Annual Report ("IAR") containing the summarised Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was distributed to Shareholders today, 30 June 2025.
The following reports will also be available on the Company's website, at www.rhbophelo.co.za as from 30 June 2025:
- The Company's full IAR and notice of AGM is available on the below link: www.rhbophelo.co.za/investment/for-our-investors/;
- The audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2025 were audited by the Company`s auditors, Forvis Mazars South Africa, (released on SENS on 30 May 2025). Notice of AGM
Notice was given that the AGM of RH Bophelo will be held entirely via a remote interactive platform 'Microsoft Teams' on Friday, 22 August 2025 at 10h00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of the AGM which forms part of the IAR.
