Zeda - changes to the board and committees
Zeda announced the resignation of Donald Wilson and Dr Ngao Motsei, both independent non-executive directors, effective from 31 March 2026. Mr Wilson also resigned as chairperson of the Audit Committee and from the Information Technology & Risk Committee ("ITRC"), while Dr Motsei resigned from the board and ITRC, as well as other committees. Consequently, the ITRC will be dissolved, with its risk mandate incorporated into the Audit Committee. The board has restructured its committees: the Audit and Risk Committee, Investment and Transaction Committee, Remuneration Committee, Social, Ethics, and Transformation Committee, and Nomination Committee, with new chairpersons appointed.
