    Discovery - interim preference share cash dividend
    Discovery declared an interim gross cash dividend of 528.76712 cents per B preference share for the period 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, payable from the company's income reserves. The dividend, subject to a 20% withholding tax for non-exempt shareholders, will be paid on 23 March 2026. Key dates include the last day to trade to receive the dividend on 17 March 2026, ex-dividend trading from 18 March 2026, and the record date on 20 March 2026.
