    Shuka - AGM results and board changes
    Shuka Minerals Plc announced the results of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Monday, 13 April 2026.

    Board changes
    The Company announced that following the conclusion of the AGM, Marcel Nally (Marcel) and Quinton van der Burgh have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. Edward Ruheni did not stand for re-election at the AGM.
