    Af & Ovr final results June 2025
    Revenue for the year lowered to R873.6 million (R890.6 million) whilst gross profit increased to R364.2 million (R321.6 million). Profit from operating activities jumped to R74.0 million (R32.2 million). Profit attributable to owners came in at R12.6 million (loss of R1.8 million). Furthermore, headline earnings per share grew to 110.01cps (60.10cps).

    Dividend
    The directors have not proposed nor paid a dividend (2024: Rnil) in respect of the ordinary and "N" ordinary shares.
