    ArcelorMittal - further cautionary announcement
    ArcelorMittal South Africa has issued a further cautionary announcement regarding a potential transaction involving the company, ArcelorMittal Group, and the Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. While the parties are at an advanced stage of finalising an agreement, the transaction is subject to certain pre-conditions, including ministerial approval, which remain outstanding. No binding offer has been made, and there is no certainty that the deal will proceed or when it might conclude. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading ACL securities until further notice.
