    Collins - changes to the board
    Shareholders were advised that the board of directors of Collins (the Board) has resolved to implement the following Board changes with effective from 30 September 2025:

    Dr CH Wiese, currently the non-executive Chairman of the Board, will resign as Chairman and will continue as a non-executive director of the Board;

    KR Collins, currently the chief executive officer (CEO) will resign as CEO and will be appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board; and

    KA Searle, currently the executive managing director of the Board, will be appointed as CEO.
