Collins - approval & adoption of share plan
Shareholders were advised that the board of directors of the Company wishes to adopt a new employee share plan, the Collins Property Group Ltd. Conditional Share Plan 2026, to help attract, retain, incentivise, and reward eligible employees, and intends calling a general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of obtaining the requisite shareholder approval to adopt the Plan.
Notice of General Meeting
Shareholders were advised that a copy of the Circular relating to the approval and adoption of the Plan, and incorporating a notice convening a meeting of Shareholders is available at: tradehold.co.za/investor-centre/circulars/2026 and will be distributed to Shareholders today, Friday, 27 February 2026.
