    Astral - appointment of CFO
    Shareholders are referred to the announcement regarding the appointment of Gideon Johannes (Johan) Geel as an Executive Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Astral with effect from 1 March 2026.

    With reference to paragraph 6.74 of the JSE Requirements and the integrity information contained in Schedule 1, the Company confirms that there were no positive statements made by Mr Johan Geel.
