    Astral - results of annual general meeting
    The voting results of the hybrid annual general meeting of Astral Foods ("AGM") held on Thursday, 5 February 2026, were that all resolutions were passed.

    Invitation to dissenting shareholders
    Due to non-binding advisory vote number 7 relating to the approval of the remuneration policy being voted against by more than 25% of the votes exercised at the AGM any dissenting shareholders who wish to engage with the Company should contact the Company Secretary, Leonie Marupen on leonie.marupen@astralfoods.com.
