Goldrush - trading statement Shareholders were advised that: • group earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 6.10 cents and 6.60 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2025, representing a decrease of between 94.22% and 94.65% compared to 114.11 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2024; • group headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be between 7.00 cents and 7.30 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2025, representing a decrease of between 93.58% and 93.85% compared to 113.77 cents per share for the six months ended 30 September 2024. During the corresponding period Goldrush ceased to be an investment entity. That prompted a change in accounting policy which meant that the financials of the group would be presented in consolidated format going forward. The change in accounting policy led to the reversal of a deferred tax liability of R52.7m, which was largely responsible for the higher group EPS and HEPS in the corresponding period.
