    Bytes - trading update
    Bytes Technology Group reported a strong first half of FY27, with gross invoiced income up approximately 19% year-on-year, and gross profit up around 18%. Operating profit increased by about 6%, reflecting higher technology costs linked to strategic projects. The company now expects full-year gross profit growth in the low to mid-teens and operating profit growth in the low to mid-single digits. BTG's net cash at the end of H1 FY27 was approximately R68 million, after returning R41.3 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks. The company remains confident in its strategy and has upgraded its FY27 guidance.
