    BHP - dividend currency exchange rate notice
    The Board of BHP determined to pay an interim dividend of USD73 cents per share for the half year ended 31 December 2025.

    The currency exchange rate applicable for the interim dividend payable in South African cents to shareholders on the BHP Group Limited South African branch register is based on the average rate over the period commencing on 27 February 2026 and ending on 28 February 2026 and is set out below:
    Dividend per ordinary share (in US cents): USD73 cents per share
    Exchange rate: 15.92875
    Dividend per ordinary share (in South African cents): R1,162.79875 cents per share
