    BHP - results of dividend reinvestment
    BHP announced on 18 August 2026 that its board resolved to pay a final dividend of USD99 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2026, with the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) operating for this dividend. Eligible shareholders who elected to participate have now been allocated shares. The DRP Allocation Price was calculated for each jurisdiction as the average price paid for shares actually purchased to satisfy the elections, resulting in AUD61.18 for the main register, GBP32.654695 for the UK Depositary Interests register, and R692.59229 for the SA Branch register. Participation was comparatively modest: 147 979 440 shares (2.91%) were on the main register, 4 106 444 DIs (0.08%) in the UK, and 24 410 170 shares (0.48%) on the SA Branch.
