    aReit - quarterly update
    The company has provided a quarterly update regarding its suspension status. The annual financial statements (AFS) for the year ending 31 December 2023 have been prepared and submitted to the former auditors, who resigned due to delays in receiving necessary information but are open to reappointment once all data is received. The AFS for the year ending 31 December 2024 are also prepared, subject to potential audit adjustments. The company will regain compliance with JSE Listings Requirements once it issues audited AFS for both years, distributes the Annual Reports, and publishes interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025.
