    GRP - appointment of chair designate
    Greencoat Renewables plc ("Greencoat Renewables" or the "Company") announces that Rónán Murphy, who has served as Chair and a Non-Executive Director since the Company's IPO in 2017, has confirmed his intention to retire at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 7 May 2026.

    Following a comprehensive selection process, led by the Nomination Committee, Bernard Byrne has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Chair Designate. He will succeed Rónán at the conclusion of the 2026 AGM. Bernard has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee since May 2025.
