    Labat - application of listing of shares
    Labat has applied to the JSE for the listing of 374 662 678 no par value ordinary shares at an issue price of 14 cents per share. These shares are issued under the general authority granted at the AGM on 2 December 2025. The issue price is a premium to the current market price but a discount to the company's asset value of 25 cents per share. Post-listing, the company's issued share capital will increase from 1 293 256 224 to 1 667 918 902 shares. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares.
