    Labat - acquisition of Classic International
    Shareholders were advised that the Company is in at an advanced stage of discussions regarding a proposed transaction in terms of which Labat Africa intends acquiring the remaining 24.45% shareholding in Classic International Trading (Pty) Ltd., which transaction, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities.

    Accordingly, shareholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
