BlueTel - further trading statement Shareholders were referred to the initial trading statement released on SENS on 7 August 2025 wherein shareholders were advised that a reasonable degree of certainty existed that basic, headline and core headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 May 2025 ("reporting period") would increase by more than 20% in comparison to the year ended 31 May 2024 ("comparative year"). Consistent with the guidance previously provided, the Board is now satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the Company's ranges anticipated against the comparative year will increase as outlined in the table below: Earnings per Share (cents) May 2024: 72.49 May 2025 Forecast: 275.07 - 277.97 Net Increase (May 2025): 202.58 - 205.48 Percentage Increase: 279% - 283% Headline Earnings per Share (cents) May 2024: 73.64 May 2025 Forecast: 454.49 - 457.44 Net Increase (May 2025): 380.85 - 383.80 Percentage Increase: 517% - 521% Core Headline Earnings per Share (cents) May 2024: 76.08 May 2025 Forecast: 460.11 - 463.15 Net Increase (May 2025): 384.03 - 387.07 Percentage Increase: 505% - 509% The Company's financial results for the reporting period will be released on SENS on 27 August 2025.
