Cell C - constitution of a new board committee
Cell C established an Investment and Special Transactions Committee effective 1 May 2026, in accordance with JSE Listings Requirements. The committee will oversee and recommend material capital proposals, acquisitions, disposals, investments, and transactions that impact the company's capital structure, risk profile, or long-term shareholder value. The committee is chaired by Godfrey Motsa and includes Sindi Zilwa, Jerry Vilakazi, and Joe Mthimunye. Other board committees remain unchanged.
